Thermophilic Cultures

Our culture range consists of a series of highly concentrated cultures specifically developed for thermophilic fermented milk applications (e.g. yoghurt). To match the broadest possible set of applications, the YoFlex® culture range represents great diversity with respect to product characteristics and needs.
Swing Cultures

Consists of a series of Mesophilic, thermophilic, and blended (mesophilic and thermophilic single strain cultures) for cheese application. Our range of swing cultures are tailored to give certain attributes such as good flavor development, long shelf-life, phage resistance and functional properties such as stretching and browning.
Mesophilic Cultures

Our eXact® range consists of a series of highly concentrated mesophilic cultures specifically developed for fresh cheese, cultured milk (e.g., Lala, Mtindi, Kefir) and cultured cream applications.
Bio protective Cultures

Bio-protective cultures are a natural solution to reducing the risk of spoilage caused by yeast and mold contamination thereby eliminating the need for artificial preservatives and lowering quality related issues for dairies. Our FRESH Q ® range of products is developed to offer bio-protection in yoghurt, cultured milk and cheese.
Probiotic Cultures

With increased consumer demand for healthier products, globally probiotic products have been a fast-growing trend in the dairy consumption market. Fermented milk products are now perceived as healthier options if they contain probiotics and the CHR Hansen NUTRISH® range of cultures are tailored specifically to meet this demand.
